Made of Prepared for Dyeing (PFD) Cotton Tape, this fabric is produced in a natural color, ready for garment dyeing. It is unbleached, eco-friendly, and contains no optical whiteners. This textile has been processed to ensure optimal dye uptake and can be easily dyed, making it ideal for various dyeing applications.

Due to the sensitiveness of cotton material, YKK cannot guarantee the zipper quality after the cotton tape is dyed at your facility.

egarding post-treatment at the customer's facility, we do not recommend treatments such as half bleach or bleach. Direct and reactive dye treatments are recommended, but chemical reactions may occur during these treatments.
YKK cannot guarantee the performance of the zippers after post- treatment at the customer's facility. It is recommended that prior testing be conducted in the customer's production environment.

YKK does not guarantee its quality after any processes such as stone or sand washes.
Color may fade with repeated laundering and color bleeding may occur.
We recommend customers perform a washing test before placing bulk orders.
