Shipping Locations
We ship to most countries around the world. All orders are processed and shipped from either our facilities in South Korea or the USA, with some items fulfilled through Amazon for reliable and efficient service.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or local postal services.

  • Standard Shipping (via Korea Post - K-packet): Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days. K-packet offers affordable shipping for small parcels, with tracking available once the package enters the destination country via the local postal service.
  • Expedited Shipping (via DHL): Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days.
  • Buy with Prime Section (for applicable items):  Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.The products in this section will be delivered from a US warehouse, with domestic delivery within the United States. Delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary by location. If your order includes products from other sections, they may ship from different locations, resulting in varied delivery times and fees.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For buyers in the United States:

  • Import duties and taxes are included in the item price or shippping cost.
  • Items shipped to the U.S. are sent under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, which means all import-related charges are prepaid.
  • You don't need to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.

For buyers outside the United States:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before bidding or buying.
